This is one of four segments we produced in HD for Electrolux.   Tetsuya demonstrates induction technology by slow-cooking a steak.  In other segments he cooks scrambled eggs, chicken tagine and a warm kingfish salad.   These segments were shot in one day on the Canon 5d and appear on the Electrolux website.   The steak cooked here was wagyu – served with wasabi and it was amazing.
